Workshop Cancellation

Workshops that do not reach the number of required participants will be cancelled 3 days prior to the event. When a workshop is cancelled, participants will be notified immediately through email and will receive a complete refund of all workshop fees.

Please provide us your complete bank account details as a reply to our email. Refunds will be given within 2 weeks after we receive your reply. We accept the following banks: BPI, BDO, Landbank, UCPB, Eastwest, Chinabank and Metrobank.

Cancellation of a Confirmed Registration

Please let us know through our Contact Form if you can’t attend a workshop and want a refund.

Can I attend the same workshop on a different date?

If you wish to transfer to a different date, please let us know through our Contact Form.

We can transfer you to the same workshop with a different date if there's still space available. If no space is available, your registration will be refunded as described above.

Can a colleague attend the workshop in my place?

If you will not be able to attend the workshop and will send a replacement, please let us know through our Contact Form at least 3 days before the workshop. We will also require an authorization letter with your signature from your replacement on the actual workshop day.

I registered but didn't attend.

Sorry, we will not be able to offer you refunds if you did not cancel in advance.
